MMM., solicitan el pronunciamiento sobre, la inexistencia de, “diversidad de posiciones o posturas respecto al tema de la prima de actualización” y la “negligencia en la defensa por parte de la entidad”.
Se observa que ninguna de las dos peticiones de aclaración se refiere a conceptos o frases que ofrezcan motivo de duda contenidos en la parte resolutiva de la sentencia o que, encontrándose en las consideraciones de la providencia influyan en ella, se decide rechazar la solicitud formulada.
